Sugar Squishy

At the moment, we only ship within Singapore. However, we’re working on bringing Gentle Goods internationally! Follow us on social media or join our mailing list to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing may take slightly longer during launches, promotions and other busy periods. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. :)

Delivery within Singapore usually takes approximately 1–3 business days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, peak periods or unexpected courier delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking system to update.

Due to the personal and tactile nature of squishies, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us at gentlegoods.help@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item.
